(The Retreat: Costa Rica, July 2027)
The Path Home takes place online across ten months. It culminates in person. After nearly a year of deep inner work, of descending through the thresholds, of moving through the body and the psyche and the relational field together, we gather in Costa Rica for ten days.
This is the second cycle — a deepening of everything worked through in the first. The group that has formed across the year finally meets in body. Breathwork, somatic process, ceremony, and interpersonal work happen in the same physical space, in real time, with the full presence of one another.
There is something that only becomes possible in person. The nervous system registers it differently. The body responds differently. The relational field deepens in a way that no screen can replicate.
WHAT THE RETREAT HOLDS
We move through the thresholds again, in a new register, through ritual, through ceremony,through somatic and breathwork process, through interpersonal work in bodies. We go tothe places the first cycle prepared us for and deepen them.
The retreat includes:
- Conscious connected breathwork sessions
- Somatic work and body-based process
- Group process and interpersonal work
- Two plant medicine ceremonies, held with full clinical and ceremonial containment
- Ritual and ceremony woven throughout
- Excursions into the natural world
- Rest, joy, good food, laughter, and the company of people who have travelled this arctogether
Everything is included except flights and travel to Costa Rica. Accommodation, all sessionsand ceremonies, and all food and drink throughout are covered.
